I ...I'll take "inept" for 400, Alex.<br /><br />I read the opinion, or most of it, and it's ludicrous. It's not just his apparent lack of understanding of equal protection law, but his ignorance of what the Constitution actually says -- as in holding the the 14th Amendment was specifically directed at racial inequality, which is not mentioned anywhere in the Amendment itself.
